Sore legs again!

After the guts of a week back at it I'm dragging my feet around like an old man!  I've been doing 2 session on the bike a day and 1 session in the gym.  The bike side of things in pretty routine and so is the gym stuff except its been awhile since i've done it.

With more of the same planned for the rest of the week i'm of to put my feet up for a whole 2hours then i'm back on the bike.

I'll let ya's know anything exciting that happens,
