Rest week!

Well, Its finally arrived, a week where I can stop watching the numbers but hopefully I won't be watching my belly grow!

Its not exactly a total rest week but I'm just doing easy spins and keeping my core strong.  Next week it will all kick of again and to be honest I can't wait.  Over the last few months I put in some hard work and commitment and I seen my performance improve, that really motivates me to go out and do twice as much hard work.

I'm of to enjoy a couple of day of doing nothing and I'll chat to ya's next week some time.
